I purchased three of these Migraine relief caps for different family members and purposes. All three have been very pleased with the results. One family member suffers from migraines. I'm so glad I purchased this cap! I don't even need to put it in the fridge. I keep it in my nightstand in my cool room. It stays cool enough. The fridge is almost too cold. I haven't tried heat, because that makes my migraines worse. The pressure is just enough and I would say I have an average size head. I would recommend it.
